I find contemporary music dull.

3. disturbed - disrupted OR having/resulting form emotional/mental problems
The scared look on Lily's face disturbed him.
Freya looked disturbed by their exchange.

4. to erase - remove/destroy something OR cause something to be forgotten
He erased the evidence of Nick's crimes.
It will take a lot of time to erase the damage caused by vermins.

5. to emerge - appear by coming out of something
A young girl emerged from the lake.
A man with a knife emerged form shadows behind her.
